Role Description The Events & Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of marketing and client engagement initiatives for a team within Advisors Clique Collective. This part-time hybrid role is based in Singapore, with a mix of in-person activities and remote work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with event planning and coordination, supporting event marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, and helping prepare marketing materials, presentations, and social media content. The intern will liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed, provide administrative support for events and marketing projects, and help track attendance, feedback, and campaign performance. The role also involves engaging with clients and prospects in a professional manner during events and outreach activities, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and client experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage clients, attendees, and team members professionally. Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Marketing skills to support the design, promotion, and execution of events and campaigns. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to assist with lead generation, basic follow-up, and promoting services during events. Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Singapore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and interest in financial services, marketing, or events management are advantageous. Current students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
