Finance Controller Intern

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Controlling Intern will support the Brand in all financial aspects including monthly management reporting, budgets, and all ad-hoc arising finance-related needs. They will coordinate with the Finance team / Brand team from Regional and Local Market (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia). MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Business analysis Assist controlling team for month-end closing tasks, reporting to HQ, Region or local management Preparation of weekly sales reports to management – by country, channel and door Support the preparation of monthly door level P&L and evaluate profitability Monitor monthly direct retail performance with benchmark against HQ KPI Prepare for boutique report decks for Brand Management Support regional and headquarters teams with ad hoc local reports Budget Preparation Support with preparation of budget, 3-year plan templates and consolidation for SEA-OC Assist with budget submission to HQ Other Support with sales data upload including for Power BI and internal systems Review of controlling procedures and update if needed Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data Ad hoc analysis and project follow up PERSON SPECIFICATION Key Competencies Able to commit full time internship from January to July 2027 Good inter-personal and communication skills Advanced excel skills including pivot table and lookup Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Curiosity Independent learner Analytical mind Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs Team player System oriented
