Duties & Responsibilities:
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Update ledgers for review by Accountant / Finance Manager
Assist with facts checking and resolving discrepancies
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Management
Job Requirements:
University/Polytechnic/ITE students in Business, Accountancy, or a related field are welcome (preferred credit-bearing students)
Equipped with an understanding of the basic accounting principles
Prior work experience with finance or accounts is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to read and write in Mandarin
Commitment, ability to work independently, motivated and accurate
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership
Competent in handling of MS Office applications (in particular MS Excel and MS Word)
Minimum to commit 3-6 months of internship
