Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Finance Intern will perform the Accounts Payable function including analysis. Attention to detail and data entry skills are important requirements to perform this role. This candidate will be interacting with employees and vendors daily, so it is imperative they are able to interact in a professional manner. Job Description: Assist with the creation of AR invoices and receipts Assist with processing staff expense claims Assist with updating balance sheet schedules Provide general accounting support and perform data entry Perform other duties as assigned Professional skills Attention to detail Teamworking skills Good oral and written communication skills IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) Self-motivation Personality and Interpersonal Skills Ability to handle intensive workloads in a fast-paced setting An effective team player, dedicated to contributing towards the outcome desired by the team Qualifications Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree All-round achiever and outstanding academic record Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities Fluent in English and preferably in another regional language Temus is an equal opportunities employer.
