Job title – Flavor – Beverage Intern Location – Tuas, Singapore The purpose of this internship is to support the Senior Application Technologists in day-to-day laboratory and application activities, contributing to the development of innovative beverage solutions that meet customer needs and drive beverage application success. Your Key Responsibilities Prepare beverage prototypes across a range of applications, including carbonated drinks, juice drinks, sports, energy and functional beverages, coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages, and powdered drinks, based on customer project briefs Apply flavors and relevant processing conditions to develop beverage prototypes that meet project and customer requirements Ensure the consistency and quality of beverage prototypes by measuring key physical and chemical parameters using laboratory instruments such as refractometers, acid titrators, and carbonation testers Conduct physical stability evaluations (e.g., clarity, solubility, and phase separation) of flavored beverage prototypes under various storage temperatures and conditions Support sensory evaluation sessions and assist in the preparation of bulk samples for flavor stability testing in finished beverage applications.
