    About this internship

Job Summary Not the "sit in a beanbag and optimise a button" kind. You'll spend your time in factories, surrounded by machines, noise, forklifts, weird edge cases, and people who know how things really work Your job is to spot what is broken, figure out why, and build AI workflows to fix it. Some days you will shadow a line operator. Other days you will code a prototype that automates their shift handoff logs. Then you will take it back to the floor, test it with real users, and improve it on the spot. You are not just an engineer. You are a detective, a translator, and a builder. What You'll Do Be on the floor: Spend 3 to 4 days a week at manufacturing sites, shadowing operators, supervisors, and safety leads. Learn by watching: Observe manual workflows, paper based processes, and repetitive tasks that slow people down or create risk. Identify problems: Spot inefficiencies, safety gaps, and opportunities where AI could make a real difference. Build fast: Use our platform and modern AI tools like LLMs, VLMs, and Python to build MVPs that solve those problems, often within a day or two. Test and iterate: Bring your prototypes back to the floor, get real time feedback from operators, and improve them on the spot. Bridge the gap: Translate factory floor language into engineering requirements. Explain technical solutions to non technical operators. What We're Looking For Comfortable on a factory floor: You are not afraid of noise, dirt, or steel toe boots. You are curious about how things actually work. Excellent communicator: You can talk to operators and managers alike and translate their pain points into technical solutions. Proactive and curious: You don't wait for instructions. You ask questions, explore systems, and dig into messy problems until you understand them. Demonstrable AI coding skills: You can build a working prototype with LLMs or VLMs in a few hours. Python is your go-to language. You have built something, whether it is a hackathon project, a personal tool, or an open source contribution. Show us that you can ship. Resilient and adaptable: Factory environments are unpredictable. You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly. Bonus Points Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations (even as an intern or summer job) Familiarity with video data, computer vision, or camera integration Past participation in hackathons or rapid prototyping events Interest in mission driven work with real world impact Why Join Us? Be part of global scale ventured backed startup Spend your days on real factory floors, learning how the physical world works from the people who run it See your code in production within weeks, not months Be part of a high-signal, low-ego team that moves fast Official Certificate of Internship Completion upon finishing the program Potential to convert to full time after the internship
