Job Description The intern will support the delivery of an enterprise digital platform for a leading public organisation in Singapore, incorporating GenAI-enabled capabilities to enhance productivity, knowledge access, workflow automation and decision support. The intern will work with project managers, business analysts, software engineers and platform teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and support the entire delivery lifecycle. What You’ll Do Gather, review and analyse business requirements, user stories and use cases to support platform delivery. Document current and future-state business processes and functional requirements. Prepare functional specifications, user guides, training materials and project documentation. Support project reporting and track project activities, risks and deliverables. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, software engineers and platform teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support solution design, testing and implementation of enterprise platform capabilities, including AI-enabled features. Assist in System, Integration, User Acceptance and Regression Testing. Identify, document and track software defects and functional issues. Provide application support and assist in resolving operational issues. Support client and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Sense of ownership and pride in your work Time-management skills Interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in digital transformation and technology delivery. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile or project delivery methodologies is advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Exposure to AI, GenAI or data-driven digital solutions is a plus.
