About this internship
The GenAI Lab focuses on hands-on experimentation with Generative AI, building tools and enabling practical awareness across the organization. This internship sits at the intersection of
technology, communication, and engagement
.
The role is
non-technical
but highly hands-on with GenAI tools. A technical or analytics background is
beneficial but not required
. The intern will explore emerging tools and trends, evaluate their relevance for the business, and help translate insights into content, initiatives, and engagement activities that support broader adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experimentation & discovery
Explore and test emerging GenAI tools, features, and workflows
Stay current with GenAI developments and trends
Evaluate practical usefulness from an employee perspective
Share insights and recommendations with the wider team
Knowledge sharing & awareness
Create internal content such as short posts, use cases, guides, and presentations
Support internal communications related to GenAI initiatives
Maintain internal knowledge hubs and resources
Engagement & enablement
Support the planning and delivery of GenAI events, workshops, and sharing sessions
Contribute ideas to improve participation and engagement across employees
Candidate Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program varying from business, communications, marketing or technology, analytics, design or other related technology or quantitative field.
Strong interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies
Comfortable experimenting with GenAI and Agentic tools (e.g. Claude, n8n, Make, etc.)
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable with open-ended work
Able to commit to a 6-month internship
Technical exposure (e.g. data, AI, coding, analytics) is a plus, but not required
Able to commit to 6-months internship
