    Summary The GFE Intern will support Global Facility & Engineering projects and activities across Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Security & Crisis Management, and Real Estate & Facility Management (REFM). The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience working on regional and global projects in a multinational environment. Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Support workplace safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability initiatives. Assist with EHS assessments, audits, risk assessments, and follow-up actions. Support EHS data collection, reporting, presentations, and employee engagement activities. Assist with EHS documentation and continuous improvement projects. 2. Security & Crisis Management Support workplace security and crisis management initiatives Assist with security assessments and follow-up actions. Support emergency preparedness exercises, drills, and awareness activities 3. Real Estate & Facility Management Support office, workplace, facility management, and real estate projects. Assist with workplace improvement, renovation, relocation, and optimization initiatives Support facility performance and workplace data collection and analysis. 4. Project Coordination Support project planning, implementation, and progress tracking. Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action items. Collect and analyze information and prepare reports or dashboards Support regional and global GFE initiatives and employee engagement activities Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization. Main Learning Objectives Gain experience in process improvement and workflow automation Understand how risk management, safety, and crisis readiness are managed in a corporate environment Hands-on experience in data analytics, automation, and operational excellence. Experience in real estate & facilities operations, security risk management, and EHS compliance in a regional and corporate environment. Pre-requisite Ability to commit full-time for a min. of 5 months and above (January – May/Jun) . International students not taking this as a credit-bearing internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet this requirement. Interest in EHS, sustainability, security, facility management, real estate, or project management. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Studies, Data Analytics, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or related fields will have added advantage/s Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
