For more information, visit www.bit.com About the Role Job Responsibilities: Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into test plans. Assist in developing and executing test cases for various products and features. Support the creation and maintenance of testing environments. Perform functionality, system, reliability, and automation testing under the guidance of senior team members. Analyse testing results, report defects/bugs, and work with engineers to resolve them. Participate in integration and system testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Contribute ideas for improving testing efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and challenges. Job Requirements: Fresh Graduates or recent graduates with under 2 years of full-time work experience. Graduates with majors in computer science, statistics, engineering, or related fields. Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python/Go/Java preferred), with a willingness to learn automated testing frameworks. Basic understanding of software testing methods (e.g., functionality, performance, and compatibility testing). Familiarity with distributed systems, network testing, and databases. Enthusiastic about blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, the NFT landscape, and emerging technologies. Dedicated, hardworking, and consistently self-disciplined. Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities. Proactive self-starter, adept at navigating ambiguous and high-pressure situations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
