Responsibilities Assist the team for market research and transaction execution in the Built Environment Sector Assist the team to coordinate various corporate planning and restructuring initiatives Prepare materials and presentation decks Conduct industry research, peers benchmarking and company research Assist in managing external consultants and assignments Other ad-hoc administrative duties Requirements Master, undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Accountancy, Finance or Economics Strong analytical skills and business acumen Solid knowledge in accounting and financial analysis A self-starter and ability to work independently Excellent writing and communication skills Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Past internship experience in M&A/corporate finance is a plus
