Job description
About Us
Gray Matter Solutions is a digital health company at the forefront of neuroscience-based tools for the early detection and monitoring of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s Disease, Vascular Dementia, and Parkinson’s Disease. Our mission is to empower healthcare professionals with scalable, validated digital solutions that bridge the gap between research and real-world impact. Through our cutting-edge platforms, we aim to transform patient care and reduce the societal and economic burden of neurodegeneration.
We are looking for a highly driven Growth & Strategy Intern to work directly with the Co-founders and CEO on high-impact initiatives spanning commercial strategy, partnerships, operations, and go-to-market execution.
This role is ideal for students or graduates who want hands-on exposure to:
Real-world strategy execution
B2B healthcare expansion
Startup operations at seed stage
Founder-level decision making
We are flexible on background, working arrangements, and duration.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise outreach: secure meetings, run follow-ups, and maintain relationships with healthcare groups, clinics, and corporates.
Support market entry exploration (SG, MY, ID, EU): identify emerging opportunities and evaluate competitive landscapes.
Build and expand sales pipelines, outreach systems, and GTM channels.
Support recruitment, internal processes, and early culture building.
Work directly with the CEO on pitches, investor updates, and external communications.
Join high-level stakeholder, customer, and partner meetings; prepare briefs and insights.
Assist with growth experiments, customer discovery, and new product opportunities.
What You’ll Gain
Direct access to decision-making and involvement in strategic decision making.
Steep learning curve across strategy, BD, clinical innovation, and digital health.
Ownership of visible, high-impact projects (not administrative work).
A front-row seat to building a neurotech startup from ground zero.
A strong opportunity to convert to a long-term role if aligned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from an MBA or related undergrad/masters degree (business, health management, psychology, engineering, data, etc.).
Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders.
Fast learner who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast with little oversight.
Proactive, curious, and able to independently explore ideas and markets.
Preferably able to commit for at least 3 months.
