ARX empowers individual investors with clear, organised access to publicly available market data — enabling more confident and informed trading decisions. Role: Growth Intern — Singapore (3-6 months) Summary We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Growth Intern to join ARX’s Growth team in Singapore. You’ll help an early-stage product reach new users, test acquisition ideas, and turn campaign and user data into practical improvements. This is an execution-focused role. You’ll work with the Growth team and collaborate with product, design, and data colleagues to launch experiments, track results, and improve the user journey. Jobscope Support growth campaigns across channels such as paid media, creators, communities, and referrals. Help prepare campaign briefs, coordinate creative assets, maintain launch trackers, and follow up on execution. Monitor acquisition and conversion metrics, identify funnel drop-offs, and prepare clear weekly updates. Research competitors, audiences, and potential growth opportunities. Assist with experiments by defining hypotheses, tracking results, and documenting what worked and what did not. Gather user feedback and work with product and design teams on improvements to onboarding and activation. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, economics, data, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and performance data. Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both detailed execution and open-ended problems. An interest in digital products, growth marketing, and learning through experimentation. Experience with analytics tools, paid campaigns, creator partnerships, or digital assets is a plus, but not required.
