Role Description:
The Growth Intern (Business Development) is a paid role which will support the expansion of hireahuman.quest by identifying, researching, and engaging potential partners, customers, and AI agent users in Singapore and other key markets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, outreach campaigns, and sales pipeline tracking, as well as preparing pitch materials, basic market analyses, and performance reports. The intern will collaborate with the business development and operations teams to coordinate small projects, improve processes, and experiment with growth initiatives across online and offline channels. This is an internship role based in Singapore, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and performance tracking.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear writing, presentations, and professional stakeholder interactions.
Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales skills to experiment with acquisition tactics, support outreach, and contribute to revenue and user growth.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional team members.
Interest in marketplaces, AI, or the future of work, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or training in business, economics, marketing, technology, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work in Singapore with a hybrid schedule and collaborate effectively with a diverse, international team.
