About AI Rudder
AI Rudder is a conversational AI company on a mission to transform how businesses communicate with their customers — across voice and digital channels that feel genuinely human.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Singapore, we're building technologies that bridge languages, enhance understanding, and enable meaningful human–machine communication at scale.
Today, we serve 500+ enterprise clients globally processing 50 million calls daily and having delivered more than 8 billion calls to date.
Most recently, we have raised $50M in a Series B fundraising from leading global investors including Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners, and Cathay Innovation.

Responsibilities:
As a GTM Engineer Intern, you will work at the intersection of growth, marketing, data, and AI. Your primary focus will be helping AI Rudder improve how we are discovered and represented across AI-powered search and answer engines through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute AEO initiatives to improve AI Rudder's visibility and presence across AI search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and other emerging platforms.
- Research how AI engines discover, interpret, cite, and recommend companies, and translate those insights into experiments across our website, content, and broader digital presence.
- Track and analyze AI Rudder's visibility across relevant prompts, topics, competitors, and AI platforms, identifying opportunities to improve our share of voice and citation presence.
- Use AI agents, automation platforms, APIs, and lightweight scripts to automate repetitive GTM workflows across marketing, sales, research, reporting, and operations.
- Identify inefficient or manual processes within the GTM team and prototype AI-first workflows that make them faster, more scalable, or more effective.
- Rapidly test new AI tools, models, and approaches, evaluate their usefulness, and turn successful experiments into repeatable workflows for the wider team.
- Document what you build so that experiments, prompts, agents, and workflows can be easily understood, reused, and improved by others.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, with the ability and work authorization for an internship in Singapore.
- Strong interest in AI and a habit of actively experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar products.
- A builder mindset: when faced with a repetitive problem, your instinct is to figure out how technology or AI could make it easier.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate unfamiliar topics, form hypotheses, run experiments, and draw conclusions from the results.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets and learning new software quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly document your work and explain how something works.
- High level of ownership and curiosity. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, figuring things out independently, and iterating when the first approach does not work.
