About the role Influencees is building Singapore's first creator intelligence platform. We help creators get fair brand deals, understand what they're worth, and grow on their own terms. We're a small team, early by choice, and pretty picky about who we bring on. We're hiring our first marketing person. This isn't a "help post on Instagram" role. You'll own how Influencees shows up in the world, work directly with the founder, and have your name on everything you ship. What you'll do Drive awareness among creators and brands through content, community and outreach Plan and run campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok Own the content calendar: captions, newsletters, launch posts, creator spotlights Help with brand partnership pitches, co-marketing ideas and press outreach Track what is working each week and share it with the team honestly Show up at creator and startup events around Singapore when it makes sense What we're looking for You genuinely follow the creator space and have takes on it You write well across formats: social captions, cold emails, short pitch copy You can take a brief, figure out the rest yourself, and come back with results You are okay not having a perfect plan before starting something Nice to have You have run or helped run a social or growth campaign before, at any scale You know people in Singapore's creator, student or startup circles You have poked around Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics or similar You have a basic eye for content design and are comfortable in Canva You have used Lark, Notion or similar tools to stay organised What you'll get You work directly with the founder, no layers in between What you build is yours and we will say so publicly You get to see the full product and go-to-market cycle at an early startup Flexible hours and a hybrid setup in Singapore Certificate and letter of recommendation when you complete the internship Real chance of coming back full-time if things go well
