Our Role:
A senior leadership opportunity responsible for driving the organisation's end-to-end communications strategy across public relations, corporate communications, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and fan engagement.
As the voice behind one of Singapore's most recognised sporting institutions, you will shape public perception, strengthen the emotional connection between football and Singaporeans, and lead compelling storytelling that captures the passion, pride, and ambition of the beautiful game.
Working closely with senior leadership, athletes, partners, media, and the wider football community, you will play a pivotal role in supporting major national sporting milestones while building lasting engagement with fans across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the organisation's overall communications strategy aligned with strategic priorities.
Serve as the primary media spokesperson and cultivate strong relationships across local and regional media.
Drive reputation management, issues management, and crisis communications planning.
Develop impactful campaigns that strengthen community engagement and deepen fan affinity.
Partner with senior leadership, athletes, coaches, and key stakeholders to deliver consistent, compelling messaging across major initiatives and events.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing communications team.
Our Ideal Talent:
A
passionate football fan
who genuinely believes in the power of sport to inspire and unite communities.
At least
10 years of experience
across communications, corporate affairs, public relations, or reputation management.
Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring communications teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior executives, media, government bodies, and external partners.
Strong expertise in crisis communications and navigating high-profile, fast-paced environments.
A strategic storyteller who can translate vision into meaningful public engagement while remaining hands-on in execution.
