    About this internship

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over three million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered. This is a P&L ownership role. You will be the accountable leader for driving growth and profitability in our Southeast Asia (namely Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand), Japan, Korea and the Middle East markets through localized partnerships, marketing communications, sale campaigns, and other marketing initiatives, as well as running the operations required in these markets. The Head of Regional Markets will ensure these markets are run independently and effectively from Global while still adhering to the Secretlab brand. You will also be responsible for leading market expansion into new markets. Responsibilities: Take P&L ownership of new and existing Regional Markets, ensuring each market is self-sustaining. Lead the team in continuously developing, testing, and executing new ideas which improve profitability through localized campaigns, partnerships, and/or activations. Oversee the Sales & Marketing activities across our Regional Markets – ensuring adherence to the wider Secretlab Brand. Own end-to-end market operations within each market, identifying opportunities to optimise resources and improve operations. Own and manage commercial relationships with key vendors (e.g. Enablers, 3PLs, BPOs, etc.) Lead market expansion to new regions, putting together and successfully implementing a comprehensive market-entry and growth plan. Effectively structure and lead a high-performing team of in-market operators and marketers across the region. Work with and report back to the Executive Team on key objectives and the performance for the Regional Markets Requirements: You should be a trusted e-commerce leader, successfully owning P&Ls and growing brands in the region. Experience owning new market launches end-to-end — you may not know every local nuance on day one, but you know exactly what questions to ask, what to validate, and how to sequence execution from zero to steady state. Comfortable operating in ambiguity: able to structure the unknowns, identify the right local partners and advisors, and make sound decisions with incomplete information. Intrapreneurial marketer with a commercial mind – your ideas impact the bottom line. Your decisions are grounded in data, and you hold yourself accountable to outcomes over output.. While you might not be an expert in every aspect of e-commerce, your experiences equip you to give direction to the various sub-functions, including Operations, CS, Sales, Marketing, Marketplace Operations, etc. Even as a veteran in the field, you get hands-on without hesitation and lead high-performing teams. You command excellent communication & influencing skills, analytical abilities, and project management. Bonuses: Having a strong understanding of the gaming industry and how to effectively market to gaming audiences will be highly advantageous. Flexible with working arrangements e.g. taking calls outside of office hours, etc.
