HR & AI Operations Intern

Job Responsibilities Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR administration. Assist in improving HR policies, SOPs, and internal workflows. Explore and apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency. Build AI-powered templates, workflows, and internal knowledge bases. Support HR reporting, data management, and operational projects. Assist with recruitment activities when needed, including interview coordination and talent research. Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives. Job Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong interest in Human Resources, AI, and process improvement. Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms. Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with automation or no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus.
