    1.Events Intern Job Responsibilities Sourcing of multiple items for vendors’ evaluation Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as part of events planning and management, which includes logistical arrangements, logo clearances and other administrative tasks Support the Events Team in liaising, planning, administration, post-event wrap-up for events Support on-site event operations, including venue set-up, ushering, registration, AV support, ad-hoc photography, and pigeonhole management. Assist with physical event set-up and turnover works Skills and Competencies Can-do attitude, positive personality, growth mindset to learn on the go. Organisation skills to be able to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders. Problem Solving & Initiative to troubleshoot issues as they arise Basic skills for Microsoft Suite, Zoom. 2.Human Resources Intern Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination with candidates and hiring managers, scheduling of interviews and meeting rooms, and orientation Assist in staff engagement activities, including event coordination, logistics planning, and execution of employee engagement initiatives Assist with training administration, including training registration, attendance tracking, and coordination of training schedules and logistics Provide support in HR administration, including preparation of staff name cards, access card administration, corporate t-shirts, and other employee-related administrative matters Support HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement surveys, data collation, and process improvement activities Skills and Competencies Able to handle confidential information with professionalism Good communication and interpersonal skills Organised, meticulous, and able to multitask Interest in HR operations and employee engagement initiatives Positive attitude, proactive and willingness to learn Team player with good coordination skills Minimum internship period of 3 months is preferred
