About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist & Culture Intern to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and culture initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations and culture development where you will have exposure to co-creating various employee engagement related activities during your internship with us. Key Responsibilities: Participate in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for them in the organization as well as offboarding activities. Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment including team-building activities, local festivals, wellness programs, and recognition events. Assist in training operations including the liaison with internal and external stakeholders, training administration and logistics preparation and facilitation. Play an active role in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and organizational charts. Assist in gathering HR metrics and data to support reporting and analysis of HR trends and performance. Prepare internal communications material including but not limited to EDMs and posters". Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Prior HR internship experience would be a plus. Available to start immediately or from December 2026. Strong interest in HR management, organizational culture, and employee relations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Require bilingual proficiency as 80% of communications with global and HQ teams are conducted in both English and Mandarin.
