HR Internship Overview
Do you enjoy working with people and want tounderstand how HR supports both employees and business goals? At ACP Group, weare looking for a curious and proactive HR Intern to join our team.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to keyareas of HR, allowing you to learn how people practices contribute to employee experience, team development, and organisational growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
You Will Gain Exposure Across Three Key HR Pillars
Recruitment
Post job advertisements on various job portals
Assist in drafting and preparing employment documents, including offer letters and contracts
Coordinate interviews and support a positive candidate experience
Retraining
Propose relevant training courses for employee development
Collect and compile feedback to measure training effectiveness
Work with team leads to evaluate post-training outcomes
Retention
Support staff benefits and leave administration
Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations
Prepare leave reports for payroll processing
Help organise team bonding activities, festive celebrations, and CSR initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude
Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
Able to work well in a team and independently
Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months
