As a HR intern, you would gain knowledge in a multitude of HR responsibilities by having the opportunity to lead/co-lead certain projects. You will partner closely with different members within the HR team to have an overview of the business and drive process improvement projects. You will also gain exposure collaborating cross-functionally and across SEA in an exciting and fast-faced environment of the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
You will be involved in several key projects in a span of 6 months which will provide the exposure in different areas of HR responsibilities.
CAMPUS PROGRAM
Manage the end-to-end activity of the whole campus program including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Design communication materials and manage the campus communication platforms
Provide guidance and advice to current and future interns with regards to company policies
Evaluate effectiveness of the program and drive improvements where necessary
NEW HIRE COLLEGE
Work with HR business partners to conceptualise and design the framework for new hire college program
Coordinate with respective business leaders to develop presentation materials and consolidate into a full presentation material
Assist in identifying and developing suitable methodologies to enhance learning and development in this program
Manage the end-to-end schedule of the program and support HR business partners with logistics and administration matters
Evaluate effectiveness of the program and drive improvements where necessary
ONBOARDING PROGRAM
Support HR business partners to revamp the onboarding process to enhance employee experience
Redesign the current onboarding materials (emails/SharePoint) to create a seamless onboarding experience
HR OPERATIONS
Partner with business leaders to develop and maintain organisation charts for different teams
Work with HR Business Partners to develop job descriptions across different functions and maintain an up-to-date JD library
Learning outcomes:
Identify relevant HRM concepts, philosophies, theories, and approaches that contribute to HR functions in the organisation
Establish communication and networking skills by engaging with employees and internal stakeholders

Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026) for a full-time internship.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
