Department: Human Resources Location: Lactalis Mainland Dairy, 182 Cecil St, 15-01 Frasers Tower, Singapore Duration: 6 Months | Immediate Start Preferred Monthly Allowance: SGD1,500 About the Role Are you passionate about kickstarting your HR career? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. You'll gain broad exposure across HR functions spanning the region — giving you a strong foundation to launch your HR career. What You'll Do Records Management — Maintain and organise employment files and records in line with company policies and compliance standards. Data Management — Keep the employee master list accurate and up to date using Excel tools including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation. HR Analytics — Analyse HR metrics to surface insights that support continuous improvement across HR processes. Process Improvement — Spot opportunities to streamline HR workflows and propose practical, data-driven solutions. Organisational Support & Employee Engagement — Play an active role in company programmes, events, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. A proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with a genuine eagerness to learn. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply. International students may also apply if a Work Pass or Letter of Consent can be facilitated through your University as part of an official internship programme. We are also open to voluntary internship arrangements , provided the internship is structured and supported through your University's official programme.
