Job Responsibilities Provide overall HR support which includes preparing HR meeting, staffing, internal referral system and performance management, etc. Engage with internal stakeholders on business-focus projects to research and coordinate on business initiatives. Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records. Other ad-hoc duties when assigned. Requirements Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts. Detail-oriented, stable, and with strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility. Effective communication, service-oriented, and willing to proactively learn the logic and methods of HR work. Interested in web3 industry.
