Your Role
Your role is HR Operations Intern. You’ll be the friendly face of the HR team for day-to-day employee queries, while helping keep up our HR systems, records and processes running smoothly. You’ll report to the HR Manager and work closely with the HR team.
Your Job Scope
Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, escalating sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
Help draft internal communications, announcements, and engagement content.
Assist in gathering employee feedback and tracking follow-up actions.
Maintain and update employee records and trackers in Click Up.
Support onboarding and offboarding: documentation, system access requests, welcome merchandise and exit checklist.
Assist in coordinating performance review cycles and training and development logistics.
Help prepare HR letters and templates under guidance.
Support job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate candidate communications and interview logistics across Singapore and Johor Bahru teams.
Support PDPA-compliant handling of employee data across Singapore and Malaysia.
Help keep HR policy documents and templates organized and up to date.
Desired Qualities
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or any related fields.
Genuinely enjoy interacting with people and handling queries with empathy and discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Click Up or similar tools is a plus.
Comfortable handling confidential information responsibly.
A proactive, “figure-it-out" attitude and comfortable in a small, fast-paced team.
