Key Responsibilities Previous internship experience in HR, operation, administration or social media managementAssist with full HR procedures including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfer and resignationSupport resignation consultation, data compilation, form maintenance and workflow reminderFollow up new employee arrangement, probation review and supervisor feedback collectionManage office SIM card, social media accounts and access permission recordsConduct daily data sorting, document filing and team project cooperation for HRBP team Requirements Undergraduate or postgraduate students, around 1 year away from graduation, able to take stable long-term internshipFluent English for daily workplace communicationGood interpersonal skills, competent for sensitive employee communication scenariosMeticulous, reliable and efficient, able to adapt to fast-paced working environmentKeen interest in HRBP and employee relations field Why Join Us At MEXC, we believe people do their best work when they are trusted with real responsibility and given the freedom to grow.
