Key Responsibilities
Previous internship experience in HR, operation, administration or social media management
Assist with full HR procedures including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfer and resignation
Support resignation consultation, data compilation, form maintenance and workflow reminder
Follow up new employee arrangement, probation review and supervisor feedback collection
Manage office SIM card, social media accounts and access permission records
Conduct daily data sorting, document filing and team project cooperation for HRBP team
Requirements
Undergraduate or postgraduate students, around 1 year away from graduation, able to take stable long-term internship
Fluent English for daily workplace communication
Good interpersonal skills, competent for sensitive employee communication scenarios
Meticulous, reliable and efficient, able to adapt to fast-paced working environment
Keen interest in HRBP and employee relations field
