    Summary The intern will be part of strategic transformation initiatives within Human Pharma Operations. The role will provide valuable experience in digital innovation, content creation and marketing, customer experience measurement, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling the intern to develop both creative and analytical skills in a global business environment. Job Description Support content operations, digital engagement, and process innovation across global and regional teams. Assist with stakeholder management, user experience, and operational transformation. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of a centralized content management process. Collaborate with UX, Digital, and Owned Channel teams to analyze data and source content from local, regional, and global stakeholders. Coordinate with internal and external partners to adapt content for distribution across channels. Assist with content review and approval processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery. Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and enhanced user experiences through research and analysis. International students not taking this as a credit-bearing internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet this requirement. Familiarity with UX, data analytics tools and concepts are advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
