Position Overview
We are seeking a
Human Resource Intern
to support our People team in Singapore with a dual focus on general and university recruiting as well as HR operations. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and coordinating candidates to supporting onboarding, employee records, HR processes, and day-to-day people operations.
The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for someone who can commit to an internship of at least 6 months.
What You'll Do:
Support general recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Assist with university recruiting programs, campus outreach, internship hiring, career fair preparation, and engagement with student talent communities.
Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications to help deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.
Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation, coordinating first-day logistics, and helping employees navigate required processes.
Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
Assist with HR operations activities such as employee documentation, policy administration, benefits coordination, and people process improvements.
Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and People team members to keep recruiting and HR workflows organized and on track.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruiting, university hiring, HR operations, and employee experience.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR systems is a plus.
