    About this internship

    Purpose of job: The successful incumbent will join us as an HR Intern and be responsible for providing efficient HR operational and administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team and HR Business Partners in their day-to-day activities, contributing towards the achievement of the organisation’s goals. Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties: Manage onboarding logistics for new joiners, including the preparation of nameplates and name cards, registration with our insurance provider, enrolment into the facial recognition system, preparation of orientation documents and materials, printing of staff passes, and issuance of lift access cards. Process employee compliments and prepare the relevant appreciation letters and vouchers for employees. Coordinate the delivery of employee care packages, congratulatory hampers, and condolence wreaths, where required. Maintain and update relevant HR trackers and records in an accurate and timely manner. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Snapshots of our ideal candidate: Currently pursuing or possessing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality when handling employee information. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with good attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
