    Company We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the Singapore HR team. This internship offers valuable exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement, and internal communications. The successful candidate will play an active role in enhancing the employee experience while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The Role Onboarding & HR Administration Assist in coordinating pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires. Prepare onboarding documentation and employee welcome materials. Maintain and update HR trackers Support general HR administrative tasks and documentation. Employer Branding Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives. Create engaging content for social media platforms, career pages, and internal channels. Assist in promoting company culture, employee stories, and recruitment campaigns. Support the planning and coordination of campus outreach and recruitment events. Support the preparation and submission of HR award applications, including coordinating inputs, compiling supporting documentation, and tracking submission timelines. Employee Engagement Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and company events. Coordinate event logistics, communications, registrations, and post-event feedback collection. Support employee recognition programs and culture-building initiatives. Collaborate with HR and business teams to drive employee participation and engagement. Employee Communications Design and develop employee communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, posters, and digital content. Draft internal communications to support HR programs and initiatives. Ensure communication materials align with company branding and messaging guidelines. Assist in maintaining HR content on internal communication platforms Requirements Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Creative mindset and interest in employer branding and employee engagement. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills. Required Work Experience No experience is required for this position but must be willing to learn Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Required Languages Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
