We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team!
Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation of a new global HR information system which will include activities on data preparation, communication plans, roadshows and user training.
Participate in the redesign of skill/competency framework for targeted job families.
Support pulse/employee engagement survey process, perform data analysis, consolidate feedback through focus group meetings and collate/monitor improvement actions.
Roll out learning and development initiatives such as training workshops, program design, and execution.
Organise HR engagement/welfare activities
Assist HR operations and administration such as work pass applications, generation of HR documents and maintenance of personal files for accuracy.
Administer internship program/career fairs.
Create relevant reports (as required) and their associated analysis and presentation.
Any other duties that may assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
