Read about us here: Bloomberg | Hedge Fund Arrowpoint Grows to $1.1 Billion After November Gain Bloomberg | Hedge Fund Arrowpoint Lures CPPIB, Temasek Unit as Anchors Job Title: HR intern Location : Singapore Key Responsibilities Support onboarding activities for new hires Collect, track, and verify employee documents, ensuring submissions meet company requirements and formats Follow up with employees on missing or incomplete documentation Assist with work pass and visa applications by gathering and organising required documents Assist with HR data migration, including validating, cleansing, and transferring employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS Coordinate onboarding communications and scheduling Support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding documentation Assist with HR administrative tasks and process improvement projects as required Qualifications & Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to handle confidential information professionally
