About this internship
Join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions! As an HR Intern, you'll support talent acquisition, learning & development and employee engagement. This is a good opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions.
Assist with managing both Recruitment portal [Job Street, LinkedIn etc.] & school career portal [Local education institutions].
Learning & Development:
Register employees for training programs and workshops.
Employee Engagement:
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
Craft HR announcements, birthday wishes, and other communications.
Conduct research and analysis for HR projects, including developing AHG’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Plan and execute company-wide events, such as bonding activities and wellness workshops.
Create initial content for HR eDMs.
Qualifications:
Students majoring in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
*This will be a 5 month internship from August - December 2026.
