We are seeking a proactive technology-driven individual who is passionate about using automation and data analytics to improve employee experience and drive HR innovation. In this role, you will contribute to meaningful HR transformation projects, work closely with HR and business stakeholders, and explore how digital tools can simplify processes, improve efficiency, and create greater value for employees. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement HR analytics, automation, and digital solutions using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, AI, and other tools. Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making. Partner with HR stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements. Support process mapping, workflow design, and data mapping. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports. Extract, transform, analyse, and consolidate HR data to generate actionable insights. Contribute to HR transformation initiatives and support other ad hoc projects as required. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, data analytics, and dashboard development. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, will be an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different functions. Curious, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and leveraging emerging technologies to drive process improvement and business transformation.
