    Job Description: About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts for the human resource team. This role offers hands-on experience in talent sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics. You will work closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process while contributing to strategic hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and identify the right candidate profiles for open positions. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, identify talent pools, and determine the most effective sourcing channels. Engage with potential candidates via emails, social media, and phone calls to assess interest, inform them about job opportunities, and schedule interviews. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as sourcing conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recommend improvements. Provide support in employees' engagement events Requirements: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Prior experience in recruitment and/or sourcing (including Boolean searches) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and problem-solving. Ability to work in a cross-regional and cross-cultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, fast-learning attitude. Available for a minimum commitment of 6 months starting mid/end July 2026 (full-time or at least 3-4 days per week for part-time).
