What You Will Gain Meaningful, hands-on experience across key HR functions Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR projects Opportunities to work with stakeholders across the business Practical experience using digital tools and process improvement to support people initiatives What You Will Do HR Operations Support the administration and updating of leave, attendance and employee records Prepare HR letters and other administrative documents as required Maintain the confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of HR information Recruitment & Onboarding Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates Support pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment documentation Employee Engagement Help plan and coordinate employee events, training sessions and engagement initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and deliver company events Coordinate gifts for staff occasions, including new births and get-well gestures Projects & Continuous Improvement Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives Support the team with other assignments as opportunities arise Who We Are Looking For Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent professional qualifications; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters and information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable adopting new technology Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage Ready to Take the First Step?
