Internships will start in January 2027. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred. Join us as an IA Delivery, Solutions Procurement Sustainability Intern to make an impact! Location: Kallang Passionate about sustainability and eager to make an impact? Join our Sustainability team and gain hands-on experience supporting KPI tracking, data management, and stakeholder collaboration. This internship offers a great opportunity to develop practical skills while contributing to meaningful sustainability initiatives in a global environment. What will you do? Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of sustainability-related KPI data from suppliers and internal stakeholders. Maintain KPI trackers, dashboards, and supporting data records to monitor progress and data quality. Coordinate with SPOCs and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of sustainability KPI activities, facilitating collaboration, resolving challenges, and removing barriers that may delay progress. Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely information flow, issue resolution, and alignment on KPI requirements and timelines. Monitor KPI progress, track action items, and support stakeholders in meeting agreed deliverables. Attend sustainability meetings and calls, document key discussions, and follow up on action items. Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other program-related documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration. What qualifications will make you successful? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Business, Communications, Environmental Studies, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and coordinate across teams to achieve shared objectives. Interest in sustainability, KPI performance management, and program operations, with a willingness to learn and contribute to impactful initiatives. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Demonstrate strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and drive progress in a fast-paced environment. Eager to gain hands-on experience in sustainability programs while developing professional skills in analytics, communication, and project coordination. What's in it for me?
