We are looking for interns to join the
Corporate Group

January to June 2027 internship cycle

The intern will support the Talent Management team’s efforts in attracting young talent to IMDA and enhancing our employer brand. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and marketing.
Scope of Work
Employer Brand Research: Support comprehensive research to understand IMDA's perception as an employer, contributing insights to inform employer branding strategies and messaging.
Employer Branding Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of employer branding campaigns, including the creation of marketing assets (e.g., social media content, brochures, presentations).
Industry Best Practices Research: Conduct research on current industry practices, trends, and innovative initiatives in employer branding and talent outreach.
Event Organisation: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employer branding and engagement events (e.g., career fairs, open house, etc).
Outreach and Engagement: Actively participate in various outreach and engagement events, representing IMDA and interacting with potential talent.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this internship, you will be able to:
Understand the principles and strategies behind effective employer branding and talent attraction.
Contribute to the development of marketing assets and communication strategies for employer branding campaigns.
Gain practical experience in event management, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation.
Develop professional communication and networking skills through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and analyse industry best practices in talent management and employer branding.
Skills Required
Good research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with good time management.
A keen interest in human resources, marketing, or communications.
