Scope of Work
Support the development of business intelligence solutions through interactive dashboards (e.g., using Tableau), data visualisation, and reporting to analyse and visualise the performance metrics for IMDA’s programmes and partners.
Support the collection, consolidation, and management of data from multiple sources, including stakeholder feedback, surveys, and community engagement activities, to support analysis, reporting, evaluation of programme outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, gather reporting requirements, and support the translation of these requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
Learning Outcomes
Develop practical skills in business intelligence, data analytics, and workflow automation.
Gain experience in designing dashboards and analysing data to support business decisions.
Learn to integrate, manage, and transform data from multiple sources for reporting and analytics.
Skills Required
Preferably some experience with data analytics/visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau), RPA and data management.
Independent, analytical and self-starter.
Strong writing and analytical skills. Project management skills.
