We are looking for interns to join the
Digital Industry & Talent Group (DITG)
for our
January to June 2027 internship cycle

Scope of Work
Support the planning and execution of SG Digital Leaders (SGDL) programme activities, including networking sessions, workshops, mentorship initiatives, leadership events and participant onboarding.
Conduct research on Singapore's technology ecosystem, leadership talent trends and potential industry partners, and assist in maintaining stakeholder databases and engagement materials.
Support community engagement with the SGDL community through newsletters, communications and coordination with industry partners, speakers and programme participants.
Maintain programme records and databases, assist in analysing participation data, and support process improvement initiatives to enhance programme delivery.
Learning Outcomes
Gain hands-on experience in programme management and stakeholder engagement by supporting the planning and delivery of leadership development initiatives, events and community engagement activities under the SG Digital Leaders programme.
Develop research, analytical and communication skills by conducting industry and talent research, preparing executive materials, and supporting programme reporting and data analysis.
Gain exposure to Singapore's digital ecosystem by working with technology leaders, industry partners and government stakeholders, and understanding how public-private partnerships contribute to developing the next generation of digital leaders.
Skills Required
Undergraduate from a recognised university, preferably in Business Management or a related discipline.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualisation or automation tools is a plus
Proactive, collaborative and able to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
