Impact M&A Intern — Marketing & Founder Education Remote | APAC Preferred | Unpaid Internship AVEN Legacy Ventures is looking for an ambitious Impact Intern to work directly with our founder and international team. We are building a platform focused on one of the biggest challenges facing founder-led businesses globally: What happens to a great business when its founder wants to retire, step away, or eventually leave? Our work sits at the intersection of business succession, M&A, acquisitions, entrepreneurship and founder freedom . This is not intended to be a conventional social-media internship. You will help us turn real founder insights, videos, research and M&A experience into content that educates business owners and reaches audiences internationally. What you may work on Turn founder discussions and recordings into LinkedIn content Develop short-form video and content ideas Help create educational articles around succession, M&A and entrepreneurship Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats Research content themes, founder problems and market trends Help manage our publishing/content pipeline Review content performance and recommend what we should improve next Potentially support localisation and market development across Asia Who we're looking for You may be a good fit if you: Write excellent English Can communicate ideas simply and clearly Are interested in entrepreneurship, M&A, private markets or business strategy Are comfortable working independently rather than waiting for daily instructions Enjoy learning directly from real business situations Have strong attention to detail Can commit consistently and communicate reliably Mandarin proficiency and/or familiarity with Greater China is a strong advantage. Japanese language ability or familiarity with the Japanese market is also highly valued. Because most of our team operates across Asia, candidates who can work comfortably within Singapore / Malaysia / China / Japan time zones will generally have the strongest working cadence with us. Internship structure This is currently an unpaid internship , intended primarily as a learning and practical-experience opportunity for students or early-career candidates who want meaningful exposure to the M&A and succession industry. The internship is remote and designed around outputs, learning and responsibility rather than simply logging hours .
