(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage. About the Role The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and institutional clients integrating MetaComp's payment and digital asset solutions. You will act as the primary project lead throughout the onboarding journey, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional customer experience. This role combines project management, technical coordination, operational readiness, regulatory awareness, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract signing through production go-live. Develop implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers. Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and customer expectations. Coordinate multiple concurrent implementation projects across different markets. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate closely with: Product Engineering Compliance Legal Operations Customer Success Finance Sales & Business Development to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery. Technical Coordination Coordinate API integration projects with customer technical teams. Review implementation requirements and ensure technical readiness. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production validation, and go-live activities. Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation issues. Operational Readiness Ensure internal operational processes are established before customer launch. Coordinate settlement workflows, reconciliation, reporting, and support processes. Verify customer configurations and production environments prior to launch. Stakeholder Management Manage expectations across executive sponsors, project stakeholders, and customer teams. Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and implementation progress reports. Escalate critical issues proactively while driving timely resolution. Continuous Improvement Improve implementation methodologies, onboarding playbooks, documentation, and project governance. Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and reduce implementation timelines. Capture customer feedback and recommend product or process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. 5–8 years of experience in Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management. Experience implementing enterprise software, payment platforms, fintech products, or financial infrastructure. Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, digital payments, or financial services. Experience working with financial institutions, fintech companies, or enterprise customers is highly preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly advantageous: Cross-border payments Stablecoins Digital assets Cryptocurrency infrastructure Banking integrations Payment gateways Virtual accounts Card issuing or acquiring Treasury operations Settlement operations Enterprise API integrations ISO 20022 messaging SWIFT payment flows Financial institution onboarding Project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar) API integration lifecycle REST APIs SQL (basic understanding) Excel and data analysis Workflow mapping Process documentation Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous.
