Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Intern to support our expansion in the Indonesian market. The role focuses on lead generation, customer outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline while working closely with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers across Indonesia.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
Support sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Share market insights and competitor intelligence with the team.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Strong passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Project experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales outreach tools is a plus.
Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, Hospitality Tech, or B2B sales is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Indonesian business landscape is preferred.
