Internships will start in January 2027. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred. Join us as an Industrial Performance Intern to make an impact! Location: Tuas Ready to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations? Join our Logistics Engineering team, where you'll help analyze warehousing performance across inbound and outbound processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the digital transformation of Hub Asia through data-driven solutions and operational excellence. What will you do: Support the deployment and standardization of warehousing processes in alignment with Schneider Performance System (SPS) requirements, ensuring adherence to operational excellence standards. Coordinate regular audits and process reviews to identify performance gaps, and manage follow-up action plans with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Assist in the implementation of Smart Distribution Center (Smart DC) initiatives and help establish tracking systems to monitor the progress and effectiveness of deployed solutions. Analyze operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and digital capabilities. Lead a sustainability or improvement project from initiation to completion, delivering defined objectives and measurable benefits where applicable. What qualifications will make you successful: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, Java, or UiPath is an advantage. Possess an open and inquisitive mindset, with a strong willingness to take on new challenges, learn emerging technologies, and continuously develop new skills. Build and maintain simple automation workflows and RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate. Effective communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
