Internship Details
Location: Singapore
Duration: Full-time/Part-time, immediate start through December
Potential for conversion to a full-time position upon successful internship performance
Job Description
As an intern, you will be involved in various aspects of international infrastructure development and investment in the energy transition and utility projects. You will work closely with deal teams, contributing to ongoing transactions to close deals while gaining exposure to project origination, feasibility reviews, market research, commercial structuring, project memorandum preparation and financial modelling.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in evaluating new infrastructure opportunities
Build and refine financial models for valuations, due diligence, and investment analysis
Draft and organise investment materials, including analyses, reports, and presentation decks
Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes
Support due diligence work in reviewing commercial, financial, technical, and legal documents
Qualifications
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy
Comfortable handling complex, fast‑paced tasks and performing well under pressure
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (Traditional Chinese proficiency is a plus)
