    Life Sciences Ecosystem & Partnerships Intern Location: Singapore Duration: 3–6 months Commitment: Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered About Innoxsea Innoxsea is a Singapore-based startup building AI-enabled ecosystem intelligence solutions for life sciences. We help organisations understand APAC innovation ecosystems, identify relevant partners and infrastructure, and navigate cross-border innovation and partnership opportunities. The role We are looking for an intern interested in life sciences, innovation ecosystems and business development. You will work closely with the founder and product team across ecosystem research, stakeholder engagement and early product development. Key responsibilities Research and map life sciences companies, laboratories, research institutes, healthcare system, investors, CROs, CDMOs and government programmes. Structure and verify ecosystem information for our database and AI-enabled platform. Prepare company profiles, ecosystem briefs and target-partner lists. Support user interviews, stakeholder outreach and meeting follow-ups. Help translate user needs into practical product workflows and use cases. Contribute to community content, events and product demonstrations. Who we are looking for Current student or recent graduate in life sciences, healthcare, business, marketing, innovation management or a related field. Strong research, analytical and communication skills. Interest in biotech partnerships, market entry, ecosystem development or AI-enabled products. Able to organise complex information and work independently in an early-stage environment. Nice to have: Strong presentation and visual communication skills, with the ability to create professional slides, short videos and other marketing or communication materials. Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, Figma or video-editing tools would be an advantage. What you will gain Exposure to APAC life sciences ecosystems and cross-border partnerships.
