Job Description Support advanced technology and innovation projects spanning optics, kinematics/robotics, optics and AI-enabled innovation, with exposure to technology suppliers, prototype development and emerging technology scouting. Key Activities Support supplier engagements, technical follow-ups and coordination of samples/material deliveries. Support technology projects through schedule, budget, material and deliverable tracking. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams during prototype and demonstrator development. Conduct technology, market and competitor research, particularly in optics, displays, kinematics/robotics and related emerging technologies. Support technology scouting, supplier capability assessment and innovation ideation. Develop and experiment with AI/Agentic AI tools for technology intelligence, market research and innovation. Support innovation activities including idea evaluation, workshops and management presentations. Qualifications Pursuing Final year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics or related Engineering discipline. Interest in research of optics, mechanisms/robotics, automotive technologies, product development. Interest or experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills. Curious, hands-on and comfortable engaging with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
