About this internship
You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under the Advertising & Promotions Team, working full-time from now to April 2027. Part-time applicants who can commit at least three days per week are also welcome to apply.
Job Description
Project Coordination & Agency Support
Support coordination with external agencies, consultants and internal stakeholders
Track project timelines, submission deadlines, creative reviews and feedback consolidation
Assist with copywriting reviews for project websites, brochures and any marketing materials
Maintain project trackers, meeting minutes and action-items
Urban Attraction & Destination Research
Research local and international urban attractions, placemaking initiatives and destination marketing trends related to HarbourFront and the Greater Southern Waterfront
Monitor emerging trends in experiential retail, waterfront activations and immersive visitor experiences
Event & Activation Support
Serve as the point of contact for enquiries relating to events and activation spaces
Coordination of event bookings, site visits, operational requirements and event set-up with internal and external parties
Maintain booking schedules, event calendars and enquiry trackers
Assist with post-event reporting and the coordination of Singapore Art Week (SAW) 2027 programmes and activations
Tenant Marketing & Promotions
Consolidate tenants’ promotional campaigns and event programmes for publicity planning
Assist in creating social media content and digital screen artwork to support tenant activations, promotions and precinct events
Verify tenants’ receipts and supporting documents for StarBuys reimbursement submissions
Licensing & Administration
Support CADS licensing administration
Follow up on license agreements, layout plans and other required documents for confirmed bookings
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation throughout the approval process
Job Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in any field of study.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
